Lasting freshness
An expressive bouquet with floral notes (acacia blossom). While dry on the palate, it is also pleasantly round. An especially harmonious dry white.
Soil : silty clay and clayey gravel
Grape varieties : 60% Sauvignon - 40% Semillon
Winemaking :
The grapes are harvested by hand.
Pneumatic press
The juice is held at 5 to 8°C before it is allowed to ferment.
The wine is made at low fermentation temperatures of 18 to 20°C.
Aged on the lees for a month.
Average annual production : 2,400 bottles
